		Oil Water Separators
		Businesses which may use oil and water separators include automotive workshops, marine services, mining operations, car wash services, engineering and food manufacturers. These devices separate the oil and water so that the oil can be collected and processed, and the waste water is able to be discharged into the sewer system.
		DAF Tanks
		A Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system is a pre-treatment system of waste water. As waste moves through the unit suspended matter such as oil, grease and solids are removed and the waste water discharged into the sewer system.
		Car and Truck Wash Bays
		Wash bays are used to collect waste water from washing down of equipment and vehicles such as buses, trucks, cars, machinery, trains and boats to name a few. Most commonly found at car wash businesses, mechanical workshops, manufacturing facilities, truck/fleet wash business, they prevent untreated wash water from entering sewer or stormwater systems to comply with water authority standards.
		Stormwater Pits or Detention Tanks
		Sometimes storm water pits and drainage systems require cleaning or repairs to keep them running efficiently. Whether in a domestic or commercial application, we can assist in keeping them clear of debris, or work in conjunction with other trades if necessary for repair work.
		Septic Pits or Sewer Tanks
		Septic Tanks require periodical maintenance and cleaning to ensure the system continues to work as it should and minimize risk of overflows and property damage. Often sludge build up needs to be removed, or other trades may need the pit empty to undertake repairs of pumps, plumbing or fix blockages. Often forgotten, but necessary housekeeping is better than a failing septic pit.
		Elevator Shafts or Lift Wells
		This area of an elevator shaft which extends below the level of the bottom landing contains a pit for many reasons. Usually housing lift mechanisms, they can also cause issues during times of excessive rain or other water damage which overflows into the pit. It is important the water is removed as quickly as possible to prevent further damage and corrosion.
